Garrett’s mission is to find you a home that combines location, architecture, and aesthetics to elevate your wellness & happiness. Garrett has been with the elite Douglas Elliman his entire real estate career. However, that’s not where Garrett’s real estate story begins.

Garrett was raised with architecture as a powerful influence. His father, notable architect James Stafford, was one of the founders of the premier Southern California Institute of Architecture. Since 1995, Garrett has experienced job sites firsthand and sat in on important property development meetings, giving him an unprecedented advantage in the real estate industry from a very young age. In the present day, Garrett has become a top-producing agent in California. Passion, integrity, and privacy are the pillars on which Garrett built his business, and they’re what you can expect when working with him.
