Born and raised in West LA, Garrett earned his California real estate license in 2018 and has been with the elite Douglas Elliman for the past four years. However, that’s not where Garrett’s real estate story begins.
​
Garrett was born into a legendary architectural legacy. His father, notable architect James Stafford, founded the premier Southern California Institute of Architecture. Since 1995, Garrett has experienced job sites firsthand and sat in on important property development meetings, giving him an unprecedented advantage in the real estate industry from a very young age. In present day, Garrett has sold numerous multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles and continues to serve its community. Passion, integrity, and privacy are the pillars on which Garrett built his business, and they’re what you can expect when working with him.

In addition to real estate, Garrett co-founded automotive company Ghost Motorsports, modifying luxury cars to suit their clients’ needs and specializing in aftermarket parts. From an early age, Garrett has also thrown himself into athletics, eventually playing ice hockey professionally in the NHL and abroad for 14 years.

Garrett studied at the University of New Hampshire, where he achieved a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, and Exercise Science. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Lynne, and two kids.
LYNNE NEWMAN STAFFORD
Lynne is a Canadian-born real estate agent whose top priorities are honesty and privacy, both in her professional and personal life.

Lynne spent many years as a sports therapist working on the training staff with the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers. She has also worked with numerous athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and the ATP.
​
Lynne’s ability to succeed in the fast-paced, results-driven sports industry world has become an advantage in the competitive Los Angeles housing market. As deadlines and adversity arise, Lynne thrives and is ready to do whatever is needed in order to help her clients. She uses the same drive that has made her journey so unique. Lynne paved a path in the sports world that was previously untraveled by a woman. That same drive is what she harnesses every day in her personal and professional life.
Lynne’s husband, Garrett Stafford, is a prominent real estate agent in Los Angeles. Garrett is vocal about Lynne’s behind-the-scenes involvement in his real estate success and the success they have experienced as a family. People in Lynne’s life seek her out for guidance on a daily basis, so it was a natural transition for her to become an agent. Lynne is especially skilled at negotiating, which she learned from her father at a young age by watching him oversee contract negotiations through his Aerospace Satellite consulting firm.
